About Larry
Larry DiBiase is a first-generation American, business leader, and community advocate whose life reflects hard work, perseverance, and a deep appreciation for the American dream. Inspired by the sacrifices his family made to build a better future, Larry has built his career and public service around the values of integrity, opportunity, and accountability.

With more than 30 years of global leadership experience, he has worked with world-class companies such as IBM, EDS, and Melita, managing diverse teams across continents and helping organizations achieve strategic growth. A seasoned executive and entrepreneur, Larry has guided organizations through transformation, growth, and realignment, with expertise in business development, financial oversight, operations, and mergers and acquisitions. His career highlights include driving corporate turnarounds, leading international sales strategies, and expanding markets across the U.S., Latin America, and the Caribbean.

Since his election to the Johns Creek City Council in 2021, Larry has championed transparency, fiscal responsibility, and long-range community planning. In addition, Larry was past co-chair of the Stormwater Task Force and helped advance policies that strengthen sustainability and civic engagement. Further, he was appointed by the mayor and council to serve on the Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) from 2020-2021. Today Larry serves on the Board of the Entertainment Tourism Alliance of Georgia (ETAG), where he works to expand Georgia’s presence in film and music as engines for tourism and job creation.
In real estate, Larry is the Principal Broker of Sparkpoint, LLC, a firm he founded after more than a decade of success in residential, commercial, and land investments, following his work as an Associate Broker at Keller Williams. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles in the technology and telecom industries, including Senior Vice President of Sales for an international telecom provider, where he oversaw global sales, product strategy, and change management across 30 countries. At Melita International, he managed operations in the Southern U.S., Caribbean, and Latin America, building strategies that drove growth in multicultural markets.

Larry earned a B.S. in Accounting from Canisius University and a B.A. in Geography: International Business and World Trade from the University at Buffalo. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Georgia and has lived in Fulton County for 37 years, including over three decades in Johns Creek. Together with his wife of 25 years, he raised two children who both graduated from Northview High School.

Outside of his professional commitments, Larry enjoys road cycling, having completed the Three Gap Mountain Challenge, as well as motorsports and mountaineering, including climbs of several of the world’s highest peaks.
